This PR adds support for using systemd timers instead of cronjobs. Every current cronjob results in a Systemd timer. These timers trigger predefined services for hourly/daily/monthly.
The reason for using systemd timers over cronjobs is to make it convenient to monitor and list: failed backups result in failed services.
